Urology & Nephrology

Our mission is to educate the CNU community about what it looks like to work in urology and nephrology, such that students have a better idea about what the field has to offer. By exposing them to the field prior to clerkships, the Urology and Nephrology SIG can help students make a more informed decision about whether to consider the fields as a future speciality. We hold casual talks with community urologists and nephrologists, partake in joint-SIG workshops to mimic surgical procedures, and meet with upperclassmen to discuss their [successful] road toward residency programs in these fields.
