Mission Statement: Pawns & Patients aims to provide a culture of learning, curiosity, and growth, welcoming members of all experience levels who want to improve their skills. Our club will provide an intellectual space beyond the clinical and academic demands of medicine through our shared pursuit of chess. We strive to create a relaxed, inclusive space where medical students can freely pursue their passion for chess and enjoy the game together.
